Sher Beauty is a skincare brand preparing to launch into the US market.

We partnered with the founder while the product range was still in development, shaping the brand from the ground up. This early stage allowed us to define a clear position within the skincare space, identify areas of opportunity, and address key challenges ahead of launch.

The focus was to create a brand that feels calm, considered, and easy to maintain.

Through an in-depth brand strategy process, we developed Sher’s positioning, messaging, tone of voice, and audience — establishing a clear foundation for how the brand shows up and communicates. At the centre of this was a shift towards simple, hydration-focused skincare, built around consistency rather than complexity.

We structured the range as a clear daily system, supported by optional additions, designed to reduce overwhelm and make routines feel as calming as the skincare itself.

This thinking carried through into the visual identity and brand world. A refined, minimal design language supports the product experience, creating a brand that feels cohesive and easeful — from shelf to daily use.
